Death Crimson OX is the third of the series; You play the part of Kou Yanami and along with your sidekick Yuri, take tight hold of your gun and blast the malevolent SMO syndicate out of existence.
Throughout your adventure, you'll take on all sorts of strange enemies and unlike previous light gun games, Death Crimson OX doesn't follow any type of theme; you could be blasting sword-wielding robots in one room and when the game moves your to the next area, your firing at undead skeletons trying to clobber you with clubs.
Gameplay is standard for most light gun games: aim, shoot, and repeat. Death Crimson OX features a pretty standard power-up and life-up system though unlike most light gun games, if you pick up a machinegun type power-up, so long as you don't get hit, you'll be able to keep reloading the machinegun to use throughout the level.
Additionally, you can increase you health by shooting, with proper skill and timing, these weird sparkling creatures in succession
