Cut UR prize machine is one-player skill test machine which players just use two buttons to win a hanging prize.
Player holding down the left button, move the arm across into position behind the target prize, use the right button to move the arm forward until the scissors on the arm are around the string attached to the prize. When the button is released the scissors will make a cut to the string and try to release the prize.
