Spin Fever 3 Medal Machine is a coin pusher medal machine made by Konami, it is the the third installment in the Spin Fever series. It has a fantasy based orchestra theme, with the machine itself being decorated elaborately with gold high lights, on a white backing.
To play the game you first insert the medal token, a ball is released and the "start slot" begins to rotate, at this stage the aim is to get the ball to go through the start slot as it's spinning. If this is accomplished, it is possible to move onto the next step "Fever step", this step is cleared by reaching "MAX" on the number rotation, if this is cleared you then move onto "Fever Game" where you enter a series of roulette which offer the chance for the Gold Jackpot.
