The Year of Rabbit, 2011
|
Chinese New Year 4709, or 2011 in the Western calendar, is the Year of the Metal Rabbit.
The Rabbit represents the fourth year in the 12 year cycle of the Chinese zodiac, which begins on February 3, 2011 and ends on January 22, 2012.
The Rabbit is a lucky sign.
People born in the Year of the Rabbit, i.e., in 1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, or 2011, they are reasonably friendly who enjoy the company of a group of good friends. They are good teachers, counselors and communicators, but also need their own space. Rabbits are private individuals and a bit introverted. They are clever at business and being conscientious, never back out of a contract. They would make good gamblers for they have the uncanny gift of choosing the right thing. However, they seldom gamble, as they are conservative and wise.
The year of the Rabbit is traditionally associated with home and family, artistic pursuits, diplomacy, and keeping the peace.
Wishing you and your family a year of health and prosperity!
